PERSONAL PLAN

It is a program that prescribes in an orderly, progressive and adapted way to each individual, the intensity, duration and frequency of aerobic resistance, muscular strength and flexibility exercises that a person has to carry out over a period of several weeks.

The goal is to progressively improve your health and quality of life, reducing the risk of injury while exercising.
